Customer Service Administrator

£16,500 per annum



Our client, a vibrant national organisation, is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team, offering extensive training and career progression opportunities. As a Customer Service Administrator, your primary duties would involve delivering an exceptional customer experience to existing and potential customers and supporting them throughout the billing procedure.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

•Providing excellent customer service to a range of customers via phone, email and electronic channels

•Helping to accurately bill customers in a timely manner

•Resolving queries in a timely and accurate manner

•Maintaining customer data held within systems

•Reviewing payment schemes for relevant customers

•Investigating and resolving external and internal customer queries within given time-scales

•Proactive and reactive telephony, email and letter contact with third party agents

•Handling escalations by following the correct procedures

Skills and Knowledge:

•Educated to minimum 5 GCSE’s with Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent)

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•High level of numeracy and problem solving ability

•Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Office Packages 

•Good time management and personal organisational skills

•Accuracy, tenacity and integrity •Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure

•Engaging and motivated attitude

•Able to work flexibly and exceptionally well within a team environment
