Starting Brite Recruitment in 2011 as a recent Psychology graduate, I had no prior experience of the industry. I had moved from the retail sector and had a feeling that Recruitment may be the right choice of career for me – I was right! This year marks my 6th year with Brite and I can honestly say that the time has flown by! My role as Account Director is as exciting today as it was when I started all of those years ago as a Trainee. I have progressed quickly as a result of the fantastic support and guidance offered to me by various members of our team along the way and continue to work alongside a number of amazing client’s day to day.
My role is varied and involves speaking with candidates searching for their next job, meeting with clients at their sites across the UK (getting the opportunity to see their often impressive offices in London and other major cities!) and getting to grips with a real mix of vacancies, understanding their specific needs and requirements to best match suitable candidates!
