I have worked within the recruitment industry since the early 1990’s. Don’t get me wrong things have changed along the way in terms of how candidates look for a role and how companies recruit with the explosion of social media.

Discuss the company, role, challenges and ideal qualities and experience you have. Ultimately we are representing you to our Client. We need to make sure it is the correct match for you and our client.
From here we will work with you throughout the interview process. Ensuring you understand the interview process, detailing what will happen and prepare you as best as we can for the actual interview. We know our Clients well, and can provide lots of background information and useful tips to help you do the best you can.
Once you have had the interview we will feedback to the client and aim to quickly gain feedback from them. Organising another interview (if required) and then hopefully be able to deliver you with some positive news!! Our Service is also completely free to candidates.
It doesn’t end there, we work with you up to you starting in your new role and beyond checking in regularly to see how you are getting on.
