Our Client, a FTSE 250 listed company within the Finance and Banking Sector, is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. This role would involve providing first time resolution of inbound customer contact, providing excellent customer service. 
The ideal candidate will possess a personable and hardworking nature and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Furthermore, you will have a professional telephone manner and be able to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:
•Owning and driving resolution over the phone with internal and external customers
•Achieving excellent customer satisfaction scores
•Updating all system notes at the end of each call ensuring they meet the required standards
•Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulation – FCA/PCI principles
•Adhering to the set complaints management process and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving in order to prevent escalations
•Putting forward ideas for process improvements and participating in testing new system changes as and when required 
•Be a team player and participate in employee recognition programs
•Be a driver of an inclusive and engaging work environment 
•Carry out any ad hoc duties from time to time which may be required

Skills and experience:
•Proven experience in a contact centre environment is ideal but not essential
•Educated to A Level standard or equivalent ideally 
•Excellent communication and customer service skills
•Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
•Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong initiative 
•Detail oriented and excellent time management skills 
•Team player
•Strong IT skills, knowledge of Outlook ideal
•Flexible and innovative within a fast-paced environment 

This is a full time permanent role, working shifts between 8.30am-6pm, Monday to Friday and is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company working at the forefront of their industry.
