OVERVIEW

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing the first time resolution of inbound customer contact, providing excellent customer service. You must have a professional telephone manner and be able to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owning and driving resolution over the phone with internal and external customers
  • Achieving excellent customer satisfaction scores
  • Updating all system notes at the end of each call ensuring they meet the required standards
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulation – FCA/PCI principles
  • Adhering to the set complaints management process and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving in order to prevent escalations
  • Putting forward ideas for process improvements and participating in testing new system changes
  • Participating in employee recognition programs
  • Be a driver of an inclusive and engaging work environment

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, knowledge of Outlook is ideal
  • Proven experience in a contact centre environment is desirable
