As an Italian Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver exceptional service and support to worldwide clients, delivering customer requirements in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction is continually improved.


As an Italian Customer Service Advisor your key duties will include:

  • Communicating and consulting with customers to identify their requirements
  • Liaising directly with all customers in a pleasant, professional and pro-active manner to provide a seamless service with all touchpoints
  • Applying customer issue resolution where necessary
  • Ensuring the smooth and seamless running of all events and bookings
  • Keeping up to date with client requirements and tailoring approach accordingly
  • Identifying and giving feedback about any issues where service can be improved


To be considered for the role of Italian Customer Service Advisor, you must have:

  • Fluency in both verbal and written communication in Italian and English
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Competent computer and keyboard skills
