We have a great opportunity for a focused individual to work as a Customer Services Advisor in Wimbledon on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a leading company within the finance and banking sector providing a wealth of bespoke services. They are a FTSE 250 listed business and are registered on the London Stock Exchange.

As a Customer Services Advisor you will be responsible for the first-time resolution of inbound/outbound customer contact by offering exceptional customer service. The role holder will have the skills and capability to answer product and service questions and queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and responding to inbound e-mail and telephone enquires in a consistent and professional manner
  • Reconciling hard copy customer documentation packs received with those on the system
  • Accurately capturing customer privacy consents and marketing preferences in the system to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Managing data retention process for Civil Litigation, through transferring or recalling documentation to/from our secure storage partner
  • Managing bespoke Solicitor processes and own and drive resolution of Solicitor and end Client issues
  • Processing client and solicitor contract documentation prior to financing and fulfilment of all external and internal SLAs
  • Reviewing available systems and or relevant data sources to establish the nature and substance of complaints received
  • Evaluating customer detriment and make reasoned decisions in a timely manner and in line with principles

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Education: College level applicant or background in Operations with vocational qualifications
  • Skills: Strong PC skills including the ability to troubleshoot common problems
  • Characteristics: Excellent communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills
