Danish Technical Customer Support
Salary: Up to £22,000

Our client, a Global Communications company, is currently seeking a Danish Technical Support Agent to join an existing team of support technicians on a full time, permanent basis. This role would involve providing high-level customer service and technical support to business clients in order to maintain strong professional relationships

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, possess previous Technical/IT Support experience, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional and positive working attitude.

Main responsibilities:

  • Delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Achieving requires SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Responding efficiently and successfully to all inbound customer correspondence
  • Educating clients on the products
  • Taking full ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution
  • Troubleshooting basic web and internet related issues
  • Carrying out amendments to account specifications as requested by the client and communicating this internally where appropriate
  • Accurately updating and maintaining databases
  • Producing reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Propose any improvements to systems

Desirable skills/experience:


  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent level
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English
  • Customer service experience essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Technical Support and diagnostic experience ideal
  • Problem solving/trouble shooting ability
  • Ability to work effectively and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Team Player
