Digital HR Lead Technical Consultant
Spain – Work From Home

Our client, a global organisation within the information technology and consultancy sector is currently seeking a Digital HR Lead Technical Consultant to join the team in Spain on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Digital HR Lead Technical Consultant is responsible for the development of interfaces to support the integration of SuccessFactors into a customer’s technology landscape within an overall programme or project.

Digital HR Lead Technical Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Defining and documenting the overall integration requirements, making the correct balance between business, technical and functional requirements and constraints
  • Providing the Program/Project Manager with an overview of feasibility, viability and overall risk of the solution to be put in place
  • Following up during the whole project cycle to ensure the solution meets the architectural requirements and ensuring all integration requirements are delivered
  • Maintaining an action tracker to ensure any issues are cleansed before final customer testing and reporting the status to the Program Lead and project team members
  • Supporting in the delivery of solution workshops to clients and the completion of required documentation
  • Supporting the execution of customer testing and facilitating resolution of issues and queries raised during the testing process
  • Ensuring that own knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and other products, offerings, methodologies and tools are kept up-to-date
  • Attending sales meetings with clients to present the solution and support the sales process

Digital HR Lead Technical Consultant Requirements:

  • Technical subject matter expert in SuccessFactors
  • Experience of implementing SuccessFactors within technically diverse environments
  • Excellent analytical skills such as data collection, analysis, assessment and recommendation of options
  • Good information management skills including report writing, problem solving and organisation of information
  • Ability to mentor more junior or less experienced resources
  • Experience communicating with third party and key stakeholders
  • Multiple language skills ideal but not essential
