As a Customer Management Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from employees, retirees or customer HR representatives regarding HR administrative processes (Payroll, HR Administration, Time attendances, Organizational management).


  • Handling and tracking incoming calls and e-mails
  • Creating tickets in the HR Information System
  • Interacting with other departments and clients by phone and e-mail
  • Escalating requests to appropriate teams
  • Performing Fast Data Entry
  • Solving HR questions (policies, procedures, collective agreements) and system questions (WFA, Time, Org.Mgmt, Payroll)
  • Providing HRIS Navigation Support
  • User Access Management
  • Creating certificates and contract addenda
  • Archiving Documents in Employee Files


To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Fluent Dutch & English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
  • Interest in HR and/or Administrative Support
