Salary: Up to £18,000 pro rata


Our client, a Global Communications company, is currently seeking a French speaking customer service expert to join their Accounting/Finance team in Gloucester on a full-time, contract basis.
The role would involve providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, as well as processing credit notes, credit cards and responding to invoice related queries.  
You will be professional, energetic and positive with a real passion for customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a finance/accounting environment for a continued career path in this sector. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 
•Working with customers to provide support relating to invoice enquiries and credit calculations
•Answering incoming queries via phone or electronically 
•Responding to Sales Representative queries
•Issuing and processing credit notes
•Processing credit cards
•Issuing copies of invoices
•Delivering exceptional customer service at all times


Key Skills and experiences:
•Fluency in French and English essential 
•Experience in a customer service environment essential
•Experience in an accounting environment ideal but not essential
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•IT literate
•Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
•Team player
