German Speaking Customer Service Representative
Salary: up to £19,500

Our client, a Global Communications company, is currently seeking a German customer service expert to join their Gloucester operation on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role would involve providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, as well as general administration duties and responding to all inbound queries and customer communications.

You will be professional, energetic and positive with a real passion for customer service and interaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers always working to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
•Responding efficiently to all inbound customer communication via any media and telephone
•Taking full ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution
•Managing and prioritizing workload
•Accurately updating and maintaining databases
•Recording any quality issues on central database
•Pro-actively channelling client feedback to the appropriate departments
•Any other ad hoc duties/projects as requested

Key Skills and experiences:

•Fluency in German and English essential
•Minimum GCSE English & Maths A-C, or equivalent
•Professional Customer Service experience, preferably over the phone
•A clear, articulate telephone manner
•Excellent Communication skills
•Proven ability to use your own initiative and work well under pressure
•Strong organisational abilities
•Experience dealing with business clients (B2B) is desirable but not essential
