Our Client, a leading organisation within the Information Technology and Services sector is currently seeking an experienced HR Consultant on a full time, permanent basis for a field-based role covering London and the South East. You would take responsibility for successfully supporting a range of clients on a HR consultancy basis including one off delivery, ongoing HR projects and occasionally delivering training.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
•Providing a HR Consultancy service within an assigned territory of client accounts
•Assessing advice trends, business plans and/or employment legislation and recommending HR Consultancy solutions to suit
•Identifying and recommending additional services to support client needs 
•Maintaining regular contact with clients who require ongoing HR Consultancy services
•Providing advice and guidance based on employment legislation, best practice and client requirements 
•Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve best business outcomes 
•Ensuring any client complaints are handled through the correct process
•Ensuring agreed KPIs are met and all necessary reporting requirements are completed
•Understanding the potential implications of legislative changes on HR policies and employment documentation and taking appropriate action

Skills and experience:
•HR generalist experience essential
•Extensive employment law and best practice working knowledge
•Experience of holding HR meetings directly with employees
•Experience of working with managers at all levels
•CIPD or equivalent HR qualification ideal but not essential 
•Experience of delivering HR and employment law training 
•Excellent customer care skills
•Strong influencing and persuading skills
•IT literate
•A full, clean drivers licence and own vehicle 
•Willingness to travel to client sites across London and the South East
