Our Client, a FTSE 250 listed company within the Finance and Banking Sector is currently seeking a driven and motivated Insight Executive to join their Head Office based Insight team on a full time, permanent basis. The suitable candidate will be responsible for ensuring that primary research activities run smoothly, bringing together industry themes and driving the understanding of the customer base – running the day to day insight activity for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will engage successfully with various stakeholders, communicating key insights across the business. 
Duties and Responsibilities include:
•Running of the partner-side insight programme
•Working with agencies to develop questionnaires, providing samples, keeping research running to time and handling any follow-up enquiries
•Working alongside the Insight Analyst to compare the data view with the primary research findings
•Providing insights for new initiatives
•Mining existing primary research, secondary sources and internal data
•Bringing together findings from multiple studies and synthesising into concise and meaningful stories
•Communicating insights around the business
•Providing infographics and resources to front-line staff
•Owning and maintaining an insight area on the intranet
•Producing a monthly dashboard of insight and marketing activity
•Organising and running user testing workshops to test prototypes and ideas
•Working with marketing and internal communications to produce a suite of materials to educate all areas of the organisation
•Establishing and maintaining inter-departmental communications and relationships 
•Understanding business objectives and identifying opportunities for insight to add value
•Acting as a champion for understanding customer needs

Skills and Experience:
•Degree or equivalent level of study ideal
•Experience of working in a research environment with an appreciation of the benefits and uses of qualitative, quantitative and secondary sources
•Good qualitative and quantitative analytical skills 
•Ability to communicate effectively in person and on paper
•Good commercial acumen
•Natural curiosity about how companies, markets and consumers work
•Experience working with agencies and third parties
•A familiarity with the financial services sector is ideal but not essential
