OVERVIEW

As an IT Support Administrator, you will understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard, encouraging best practice across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helpdesk system life cycle management and system admin
  • Customer service and support operations and management
  • Helpdesk reporting and analysisProcessing starters, leavers and movers
  • Developing, maintaining, and operating processes and procedures, work instructions and help notes
  • Identifying and delivering end user-training
  • Improvement delivery, including problem identification and resolution
  • IT security, risk identification and mitigation

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a high-pressure IT helpdesk environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows XP/7/8/10 administration
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 administration
  • Experience with Google G-Suite administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
