Our client, a global organisation within the Information Technology and Consultancy sector is currently seeking a Project Manager (Lead Specialist) to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be responsible for the delivery of implementation services including SuccessFactors and other Cloud technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing end to end project life cycle ensuring delivery in accordance with budget, timeline and of the required quality standards
  • Managing project deliverables, scope and expectations while actively communicating and engaging with sponsors, boards, upper management and executives
  • Managing the project budget and working closely with finance team to report on financials
  • Interfacing with all business areas/groups affected by the project
  • Working closely with Resource Managers to ensure adequate allocation
  • Working with third party providers to deliver contractual commitments
  • Developing and tracking detailed project plans
  • Communicating and reporting programme and project status to executives and other stakeholders
  • Employing best practice methodologies working within a set framework
  • Ensuring C-sat meets the agreed target
  • Ensuring any issues are escalated through the appropriate channels
  • Identifying and sharing best practice and key learnings to support continuous improvement
  • Reporting and maintaining systems of information in accordance with the business standards

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years project management experience
  • Experience managing project budgets up to £1m
  • Experience within the HR domain
  • Vendor management experience is essential
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK as required
  • Degree level educated
  • HR/Payroll qualification is desirable
