Brite Recruitment is a highly reputable, independent recruitment agency located in the Montpellier area of Cheltenham. We are currently looking for a bright, ambitious individual to join our established recruitment team. 

At Brite Recruitment you will have the opportunity to forge your own career path within the recruitment industry. We adopt an account management approach to recruitment and have a number of well-established client relationships that enable us to match the right candidates to the right vacancies. 

You will join with some existing exposure to the recruitment industry or with a background in a targeted Sales role and will then receive full training to learn how we operate our successful, customer-focused recruitment business that is renowned for the service it provides to candidates and clients alike. Key Responsibilities;
•Ensuring consistent target achievement per month 
•Proactive, daily resourcing across a variety of roles
•Daily business development activities to increase revenue and win new business
•Utilising social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc) to support marketing and candidate attraction activities
•Self-managing daily workload while being considerate of wider team activity 
•Building long lasting relationships with clients through regular updates and meetings 
•Managing the complete 360° recruitment process
•Working across all levels of roles to include senior positions
•Attending monthly networking events
•Utilising LinkedIn network for business development
•Negotiating fees with Clients, amending terms of business and rebate periods
