Telephone Account Manager – Financial Services 
Kingston on Thames

Our client, a web-based software provider in the UK about to go through an exciting period of growth, is currently seeking a Telephone Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Kingston Upon Thames on a full-time, permanent basis.  
You will be experienced within the Wealth Management or Financial Advice sector and have a passion for building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service to clients. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Managing a large portfolio of client accounts via a telephone-based service 
•Maintaining and enhancing client relationships
•Increasing client portfolio revenue by way of upselling – identifying the needs and requirements of each client
•Assisting with the roll out of key projects identified within client meetings
•Acting as a point of escalation for the Support Team for unresolved issues
•Providing regular reports to your line manager on client issues or developments
•Maintaining accurate client records of all activity
•Keeping up to date with necessary product knowledge 

Skills and Experiences:
•2+ years’ experience working within the wealth management or financial advice sector essential
•Experience within an IFA Practice, product or mortgage provider ideal 
•Account management/sales experience
•Presentation skills
•Self-motivated with strong time management skills
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
